Looking for a better job
I have worked for nearly a year in this company and I will leave my job and find a better job next month. Even thought I'm going to get rid of this boring job and very disordering and poor management mode company, it also will waste me a lot of time and energy to looking for a job. I must get an ideal job this time and worked there for a long time. God bless me!

- dear girl, though your this blog so short, but i feel you have made a big desition. to be frank, girl ,i admire your courage for another new job seeking, but as my viewpoint, job seeking is not a easy thing though many chances exist there in Shenzhen. i don't know what your current company's buisiness details, but still think you should take a second considatation. what a reason let you quit? only boring feeling? or bad management of current company? maybe you should consider the follows: your current company's operation situation, especially its development. that's very important for its clerk's creer path. if really is a very bad dead-going company, so i support you. but girl, now new year is approaching, in the hr maket, just in the low demand period. don't be so eager to quit , wait for the spring coming, maybe more better chances come. whatever, my best wishes together with you,girl. believe you can sail yourself well bendfited from your rich hardship, sometimes, hardship is treasure, you will be beneficial in your future lifetime. good luck,dear girl.

- There is no point holding on to a job in a disorganized company which has no future for you. Find another job which can use your abilities and give you work experience. I also changed jobs until I found what I liked and stayed on. You can do it.

The first and the most important is that I'm not only had a dead-end job which was related to administrative job,but also have no future for me which is an Japanese company. because I want to find a job which is related to English or market aspect. As a adminstrative clerk, Having no challenges and more opportunities to improve myself,such as eloquence or English. I don't want to be a lazy guy. In fact,adminstrative position is a comfortable job and never had more pressure.
second, the boss and more leadership are so annoying without any quality. The reason why I said that it's not I hadn't get long with them,actually it was very good, but I don't agree with their management pattern which always waste so much time and money. Every day we must work 10 hours a day, but the work can finish by two or six hours. The worst thing is that if anyone object to the boss opinions, he will certainly be scolded. Oh, my god. I have never met this kind of boss before. He never listen to others issue and so proud.
in the end, I must ask for your suggestions, Am I really made a wrong decision? Will it good time to get a job next year?
