Yesterday evening, I planned to buy a new pair of nearsightedness eyeglass ,as the one I am wearing now has been making my eyes uncomfortable and my eyes are bloodshot after a busy working day. Linda Zhang, the lady I met in the opening ceremony of welcoming new employees and she gave us the training courses, a very splendid speech, was about "Service awareness", she told us a story about herself that one decade ago, she bought a pair of nearsightedness eyeglasses in Wuliangcai glass shop, which was cost nearly 1,000 RMB in 1990's and it's quite expensive at that time. Well, good price gains good quality. I think a good pair of nearsightedness eyeglass can protect my sights very well, so I would consider spending the money on a good pair of nearsightedness eyeglass. I was given advice about some expensive eyeglass frames which was made of titanium material, She said, I need a good pair of  nearsightedness eyeglass if I would wear it for a long time, especially I was a white collar that I need to sit in front of the computer for a long time,yes,I agreed with what she said, but I preferred not to wear a pair of nearsightedness eyeglass because it's not fit my personality, and most of the time I have wore the contact lenses, that’s why it's difficult for me to make a decision. however, after a struggle in my mind, I decided to turn to other eyeglass frames which was cheaper and beyond the preferential sales. Do you know what? the Miss Sale felt unhappy and expressed her angry obviously, which was scaring me, and I feel uncomfortable at all! So I said to her that I don't want to buy it today and left Miss. Sale away.

But this event made me think about my career.

I don't like wear a pair of eyeglass, because it made me look like serious and earnest, I like talk to people and share my view to them in a very beautiful gesture ,at least I think I am beautiful when I don’t wear a pair of eyeglass .However, I am still a translator now. and I have yet become a cabin crew. I am in a dilemma situation.

Two months ago, I was interviewed in New Oriental school, the position was English teacher, I prepared the lesson with PPT, and Keren ,the interviewer ,said although my English was good, but I still need to practise to the level of fluently using and teaching ,as some mistakes I made when I wrote the words on the board, I knew my weak points then.

I know that I am not good at writing, which can be seen in the writing section of CET-4,6.But,the more practice the better my writing skill would be. However, after several interviews of Cabin crew, I think my oral English was a big problem too. Against such background, I really need to strength this skill, and I really want to work in a better company with the language of English. Why? So that I can take care of my family and I can help more people!

Many friends who majored in English, but they don't use this language at all, and they say to me that they can't find a way to use English. I think it's quite a pity. Every time I took part in English corner, I can see how eager the peers are, but they just felt confused, it’s difficult to put down on to the earth.
