Knowing the enemy and yourself, and you can fight battles with no danger of defeat. Generally, we will never forget to do the first part of the sentence, while ignore the other. So it’s a little bit ironic: we compete with others at all costs and efforts, sometimes even armed to the teeth to win and unfortunately, we give up when we really face the challenge of work or life, throwing away our dream and the promise made before.

I think this is the character of me in some aspects. Be apt to give up, when meeting any challenge. And I will persuade myself with all kinds of excuses. Say this time, I quit the job in the city center, for I need to prepare for an exam of accounting. I find I can’t scatter my attention now; it’s hard to do two different things well together. But I wonder how I adjusted myself when I was at senior high school, because we need to review 6 different subjects at the same time.

Do I get lazy and complacent after stepping into university?

The answer may be yes.

I thought only perfect is perfect in the past, but I am just in the pursuit of “OK or not bad” now.

I would feel guilty if I sat before the computer doing nothing, but I am addicted to it now.

I would persist to finish a task even it was hard, but I can’t find any passion now.
