Making A Decision

Making a decision is not easy, especially those which can determine your life for a long time period or your fate. It’s vital.
When you made that decision, you always want to take every aspect into consideration, but it seems you can’t not have your cake and eat it.
Take finding a job as an example. After rounds of tests and interviews, finally, you are chosen by a company, mid-sized, offering you considerable salary, of course, cannot compare with other top ones, just on a basic level. So you need to make a decision now, should I sign the contract now? What if I signed with this company but hunting for a better one after that? Actually many friends, including me, are encountering the diploma now. Many people tend to have two strings to their bow: signing first and then searching again. If lucky enough, they come across a more favorable offer, pay RMB 2000 for breaching the former contract and hug the new. To me, paying the amount of money do means something, and what’s more, how to make sure that you are making a true decision this time? Just throwing away the decision easily is not what I admire.

- One thing funny I notice is that when you don't sign and confirm a job, good offers from big companies don't come to you, but once you sign and confirm a job, bigger and better companies want to employ you. Also you keep personal papers for several years never needing them, but once you throw them away, you need it and it is too late. May be it is just coincidence but it happens all the time.

- As an experienced man, i have to admit that it is really difficult to face these questions, the job, famliy, and future. In fact, i do not know whether i was right when i chose job.
