Either showers or baths are all necessary in our daliy life, unless you are in a country where water shortage is extremely serious.Whatever your chosen method,showering or bathing not only removes bacteria along with dirt and oil, but also can make you feel clean and refreshed.And there is a physiology basic for this relaxed feeling:your limbs becomes slightly buoyant in bathwater,which takes a load off muscles and tension;Moreover, if the water is hotter than normal body temperature,the body attempts to shed heat by expanding the blood vessels near the surface of the skin,lessening the circulatory system's resistance to blood flow,and dropping blood pressure gently.
However,in two hours,you probably have as many bacteria on certain parts of your body,such as the armpits,as before the bath.But, it is not an excuse that we do not want to shower or bath.
