Yesterday evening, my friends and I went to a restaurant for dinner.No sooner had we arrived than we ordered some of the dishes on the menu,then we sat around the table down.When we were waiting for dinner we had a pleasant chat while drinking tea.After a while,the waitress delivered gradually plates of food which we had ordered.We enjoyed the delicious food in the meantime.
It was not untill all of us were full that we decided to pay for the dinner,so we asked the waitress to settle our account.Strangely,the waitress shouted at us,"did you not see that i am busy now?" At first,we all were shocked by her.Then,we were all so angry about her behavior,how could she speak to us with that manner?Especially,this is a service industry that the customer is God,we were temporarily not to mention the qualities of her service,for us,the attitude to which she spoke might not be enough as a waitress in the service industry.As we know, the image a waitress/waiter convey will be what the customer believe is the restaurant's attitude towards him or her.
