It goes without saying that the pleasure of taking pain,i think everyone of us has the experience of feeling exhausted and aimless if he or she done nothing for several days,just like a aeroplane taking off without the destination.Thus,we have to find motivation to move forwards,and take the initiative to try your best to achieve your goals,of course,all of those are based on a thorough understanding of yourself.Like a proverb says,"no pain,no gain."
