how should i choose?

In front of me,there are two way which i am confront with.One is working in the hospital,while the other is working in the company which would have the favourable treatment.
However,if i choose the latter,all efforts that i have beening trying for will be worthless.

- Choice of a job really depends on your own interest and preferences. You should only choose a job if you like that field and intend to develop further in that area. However, as people often say, a job has offers no independence and sustainable future. It is your own business which has unlimited opportunities. Sometimes, we have no choice but to surrender to reality.
