Want to get more friends here, improve English together !

I want to talk something about English as well as i hope can make more friends here.
Studying English in school and using English in work for long time still cannot make me have good English ability, specailly, about oral English, if count this, there is about twenty years. it does make sense to me. Though i am working in a foreign company, there is seldom chance to say English. only writting English. except this, i think own charactistic is a important reason. if one don't dare to express youself in front of people, especially when coumunicating with foreign people. you will don't get good chance to improve oral English. now this makes the main bottleneck on may way of studying English.
Today i am here, want ot find someone who facing same peoblem to talk with or if someone have good solutions , please don't hesitate to tell me. i trust we will make good firends.
