Last Tuesday, I had felt a bit sore throat, and it turned out to be sore throat plus light headache on Wednesday. The kind school doctor had given me my first skin scraping treatment in my life in Thursday afternoon , after which the symptom had reduced to almost none, however it bounced back with an overwhelmingly ferocious force that had buried an evil seed on account of my strike down the next morning that obliged me to take that day off. I found myself a fever unwittingly climbed up to 38.4 centigrade!  

Then I started to look back and thought about the times after National Day. I figured out the inner heat accumulated after the major holiday was prime culprit which had slightly broken the balance of my health.

I didn’t feel much after those feasts to be honest. I didn’t even take a pill at all. Still working longer than I should have had speeded up the process of illness. And it’s also believed that reduced quality school meal was the other catalyst.

Extreme meets!

People are surprised by weird new found animals, and are panic-stricken about the robust economic crises. It’s a matter of fact that the accumulation of stuff might be subtle, but not to be sneezed at.

Therefore I had decent sleeps at home, curled up in my bed, and wrapped myself up in a thick quilt, drinking boiled lotus root water constantly. Meat was cut off, snacks were put away, and coffee also said goodbye. Instead, I took herb medicine and lots of vegetables and I shared a nice pomelo with family.

It’s a lame topic; after all I am still a bit lame now!
