“Friends are the ones without whom our life is incomplete.”  That words of discribing true friends have always been the rule to choose a real friend for me. They play the part which is a compensation of your world, which also means to me friends who are different from me could be my best friend.

First, I could always learn more from this difference, especially the difference in specific activities. Since I don’t enjoy too much in doing exercise with nobody but myself, but there’s one man I happen to meet in playing table tennis. He is the kind of people who has great passion in sports and specialized in a bracket of sports. The days doing exercise with him is no boring at all, and that surprisingly, at least to me, help in improving my pingpong skills and even body health.

Second,tThere will be more happiness to share between friends who don’t have much in common. Things they meet are quite different and they look at them quite differently, so the story they have will always be fresh to the other one. This is the main reason I am so happy to talk with friends who is good at writing. They are always so imaginative and creative to me, I find everything happens in them has a quite different meaning from mine.

People with too much in common might be good co-workers, but hardly a enduring and close friendship could be built. We have silmilar interests, it’s good for us in having the same hobby, but that is not fundamental in building a close relationship, when we debate on the same topic, for instance, we have a quarral on why the basketball team of our favorite is the best one in the season, we both insist that what our thinkings is right since both of us took it for granted that we are the expert. Unfortunately, that’s when we begain to separate and we have distance that is not easy to overcome.

Above all, there are much more to share from different sorts of people than the ones with too much similarity, and people who share different ideas and interests commonly are more likely the ones to choose as friends.
