The way I make myself happy

Most time I do things according to my mood. When I am in high spirit, I will do things quickly. But when I am in low, I will have no mood to do anything. This habit affects my life so much. So I try my best to make myself happy. I wanna to share my ideas with you all.
1.Eight teeth
When you are ready for work, or doing something.Before you set out, just stand before a mirror, and smile to yourself. We all know that a good beginning is a half of success. Because we smile, at least we have a good mood to do something. Before we go to bed, we do the same thing no matter what happened today.
2. Learn to be grateful
Most time, we may complain that this is unfair or that is unfair. That may spoil our mood. So, we try to be grateful to anything. For exam, we could write down ten things that we could thanks for.Then we may accept everything no matter they are fair or not.
3. Learn self-mockery
We could lead a life like A-Q in some way in Lu Xun's works. Most time we set our horizon on ourselves, then when the problems come, we will feel unhappy. Just like a word which says by Yu Minhong, the headmaster of New orizontal School :"You said that I am a bullshit, ok, I am a bullshit, that is all." We can learn self-mockery, and then we will happy.
Each person may have their own way to make them happy. Anyway, a happy mood can give us the benifits that beyond our imagine.

- funny useful words surely. yeah, in our everybody's life, always have up and down ,even sometimes i don't know why the reason, i can become unhappy. maybe some work things ,seems maybe not. we have all kind of emotions,all refleced on our mood. try my best to keep a happy mood,thankful for your advices.
