A cup of water

A little bit thirsty after came back from my friend's. I immediately poured myself a cup of water. Several cups of water poured into my stomach, I am not thirsty. There just leave half a cup of it.When I see it, I am thinking. Most time we will do things according our common sense. We take the very thing we do for granted. If I give you a half cup of water, what will u say? Of course, we will say that is a half cup of water, that is all. But from the top of cup, it is a half empty one. Thus, the common sense isn't as efficient as it seems. In our daily life, we will see some capable person, they can do things more efficient than us. They can promote some special ideas which we can hardly think out. Do we not as good as them really? Not really. It is our way of thinking hind us .
At schools, all we learn are basic facts and customs; when we are work, we just learn it according other's common sense.This kind of lists continue, we get so many things that we all take them for granted. Then our thinking become a set program, we deal with things according some certain detailed program, just repeat and repeat. How is it possible for us can find other way to do with them?
How many times we just say that others are doing so, and so we are. How many times we consider it will be troublesome to find some other way to solve problems. Our common sense and habit are killing us gradually. We become duller and duller. We have less curiosity as before, we just do things for the sake of so called time saving.
So it is our high time now to do things differently. Maybe when we get start, we feel a little bit time consuming, but without knowing , we will do things more efficient than before.

- my friend, i know this famous theory too about the half of water. it reflets what a attitude to view our current status, different people have different viewpoints indeed. as for me, i think the hope from the half cup of water, to anything ,at any time.
