Fake Notes Withdraw from ATM can be Reimbursed

I happened to see this News just now when I surf the net on Cri. I feel very excited. If that can be true, when we withdraw fake notes from ATM will get reimbursement.
It said that this action will first start in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou, and Nanjing. When we withdraw fake notes from automated teller machines(ATM), can recieve reibursement from banks from Sundays onwards.
Anyone can go to banks to apply for verification for the suspected fake notes within one month of withdrawing the notes. Bank clerks will track the notes through the ATMs where the notes are withdrawn. Reimbursement in the full amount will be made in 1 to 3 days.
The new function will be implemented on all withdrawal-only ATMs by the end of this year, and on ATMs with depositing functions by the end of next year. By 2015, notes from bank counters will be able to be tracked and verified as well.

- Once I received a fake Rmb note and my friend told me it is a fake note and that I should refuse it. However, I told the shopkeeper that I wanted to keep the fake note as a souvenir. He gave me a strange look and must have thought that I am some kind of nut. Later, I found out that carrying a fake note is an offense and I just put it in an envelope and mailed it to another country.
Certainly, if I am given a 100 Rmb fake note I would slap it back to him.
Should there be too many fake notes, people would lose confidence in the monetary system, therefore, they banks are taking responsibility for fake notes. That is progress.
