If we're finding it is tough to land a jobtry expanding our job scaleshunting plans including the following tactics

Set our target. But we should always keep our options open to compromisewe must  be sure to target exactly what we want in a job.A specific job hunt will be more efficient than a hast one.

Try many ways to get interviews.Use every possible method to get interviews——answering adsusing search firmscontacting companies directlysurfing the Weband networking.Even if a job is not perfect for useach interview can be approached as a positive experience.

Never give up.Even if someone does not hire uswrite them a thankyou note for the interview.Thensome weeks latersend another brief  letter to explain that we still have not found the perfect position and that we will be available to interview again if the original position we applied for——or any other positionfor that matter——is open.Do this with every position we interview forand we may just catch a break.

Make the job we hunting as our fulltime one.We can't find a job by looking sporadically. We have to make time for it.If we're unemployed and lookingdevote as much time as we would to a fulltime job.If we have a job while we're lookingfigure out an organized schedule to maximize our searching time.

Try to enlarge our job-hunting horizonsIn the research phase of our job huntingtalk to people who are on a level above us in our desired industry. They'll have some insights that people at our own level won't haveand will be in a good position to hire us or recommend us to be hired.Keep our spirits up.Looking for a job is one of the toughest things we will ever have to do.Maintain our confidencestay persistentand think positivelyand eventually we may get a job that suits us.

also searching for the information about the company and the job you hurt as much as you can,and show it to your interviewer, they will feel respected and  attach great importance to you.

I have interviewed many candidates when my trading business was at it's peak. The applicants who impressed me the most are those who are calm and pleasant. Unfortunately there are some who are only interested in the salary, bonus, holidays and I have even saw one who wanted a guarantee for promotion within 6 months. One girl came with her mother for interview and the mother felt my company was not large enough. I told her she should be working somewhere else as she was too big for my company and good luck. One girl was regular and I can't notice anything unusual, but when she turned up for work the next day, she was 6 months pregnant with a clearly noticeable tummy. She expected to take long leave very soon. I don't know whether my observation skills are poor or she is tricky.

I have ever be a interviewee, and interviewer. When I choose a job, I will think how much I will learn from it ,and if possible, that experience may help me to set up my own business in some way.

The problem is according to the law, we cannot fire a staff if she is pregnant, but we managed to prove by CCTV security camera that she hid her pregnancy at the interview to cheat us, so she was dismissed. She was also blacklisted.

I think if you are good enough, then it seems no need to worry about getting a job in the  market provided that you are not asking too much than what you deserve to have .

Here 'good enough ' means you are equipped with those  knowledge and skills that in the market many companies require and furthermore yours outstand others' ..
