Joy in living comes from inner heart,in which having got ease emotions, trusting them, giving them the freedom ,let them go as free as wind, have got a bird view from the sky. Joy in living can never be assumed as a pose or a beatiful symphony, or put on from the outside as a mask or the fake imagination. People who have this joy do not need to speak it out; they just radiate it, share it with passers-by. They just live out their joy and let it splash its sunlight and glow into other lives as naturally as bird sings, river dances in the valley, lives bounce in its own pace.

    We can never get it by the way of working for it directly. It comes, like happiness, to those who are aiming at something higher, something more vigour. It is a byproducts of great, simple living. The joy of living comes from what we put into living,it is more like a process, instead from what we seek,and what we mean to seize it.
