I just created a poem, though seems childish, I would like to share with you all:
蹉跎岁月如抽丝，三尺讲台话风云。
黑发积霜聚日月，无悔青春化宏图。
蚕丝吐尽人不老，烛泪成灰谱新章。
播种桃李千万圃，硕果累累誉神州。
Time changes everything littlt by little just like reeling off raw silk from cocoons.
But can never stop teachers teaching students everything.
Thee white hair grows more and more by years
But your no regrets youth become grand prospect.
Who said when used up cocoons there nothing left
Just like burning out candles to compose new melody
Thee cultivate students who are now all around the world,
Your great deeds will full of lands forever.

Time past with thin wrinkles coming up to your face one by one
Memories went where you imparted the knowledge with vivid words
Gradually there were silver glitters shining in your hair
But yet you never regretted to spend your whole life for new hopes
All knowledge that you have exhausted yourself to teach us
Will be our stepping-stones to make a greater future for generations
With us your students making contributions to everywhere
You deserve the great honor for what you have contributed yourself to
