The principle of using persons(用人之道)
People heve been to temple all know that when stepping into a temple, you will see the maitreya buddha(弥勒佛) with smile face first, while on the north side is Wei buddha(韦陀) with black face. But according to legend, they are not in the same temple but manage different temples.
The maitreya buddha always happy and hotheaded, so there are plenty of people in his temple, but he care nought for anything and forgetful, never focus on the finance management, so his income always can not cover outlay.
While the Wei buddha is good at finance management, but because he is so balck face and serious that less and less people would like to go to his temple, and his temple has to close at the end.
The jerrie budda(佛祖) find out the problem when checking their business, and then place them in a same temple. The maitreya buddha is responsible for public relationship,because of his smiling face, business come more and more. The Wei buddha is responsible for finance management because he is principled and careful.With cooperation of the two, the temple's business goes better and better.
Actualy, in the eyes of master, there is no people unuseful, like gest master, he don't need precious sword, even a flower or a leaf can kill enemy. The key point is how to use it.
