Heart of love(爱人之心)
This is a real story happened in Britain.
A solitary elder without son or daughter, was weak and sickish. He decided to move to the bead-house, so he declared to sell his beautiful house. Lots of purchaser poured in, the base price of the house was 80000 pounds and soon rose to 100000 pounds and kept on rising. The elder was sitting in sofa with much melancholy in his eyes, yes, but for his bad health, he would not sell the house went with him for more than half of life.
A young man with plain dress came to the elder, stooped down and said lowly: Sir, I want to buy your house very much, but I have only 10000 pounds. But if you sell your house to me, I promise that you can live here as before, we will have tea, read newspaper, take a walk together, you will happy everyday, trust me, I will take care of you with my whole heart.
The elder nodded and smiled, and sold the house to him at the price of 10000 pounds.
