Job hopping
A said to B: I must leave the company, I hate the company!
B suggested: I agree with your retorsion by raising my two hands up! We must teach the damn company a lesson, but it’s not the best time you leave.
A asked: why?
B answered: if you leave now, the company will not loss anything. You should take the opportunity that you still in the company to collect clients as much as possible. After you become a big shot in the company, if you flounce out with the clients, the company will be very passive and get a big loss.
A thought what B said was very reasonable and began to work hard. As his expectation, after over half year’s hard working, he got plenty of loyal clients.
When they met again, B said to A: It’s the perfect time for job hopping, do it now!
A smiled lightly: the boss had a long talk with me, he want to promote me to be a assistant general manager, and I don’t have plan of demission at the temporarily.
Actually, that’s B’s original intention as well.
What we can learn: work is just for one’s resume. Only when your pay is more than your gain, the boss will know your ability is more than your position and will give you more chance to make profit for him.View AllAuthor's latest blogs
