Graduate in three months

I graduate from southwest jiaotong university (西南交通大学）in july,I originally thought i have profissional skills and comnucation skills,but i am wrong, i work at China Railway material group（中铁物资集团）,i find many things need to do,for example the recognition for corporation culture,the time management,and how to deal with the relationshp with colleague(同事）,i have harvests and doubt, what to do for my future,i need....

- Moving from college life to the work place is always a challenge. I worked for 15 years after college wihtout really finding a career I liked. Then I went back to college and with a master's degree found an excellent job. Now, I am partly retired and work at home. I really enjoy being away from the corporate culture and do not worry much about time management. Fifteen years ago I told a friend, "I spent the first 20 years of my career trying to "get ahead" and "make a name for myself." Now, I'm going to spend the next 20 years learning how to slow down!"
And I have! I quit my last job and now work for myself from my home as a writer and editor!
