I am always frusted around the pay day.""For what is it on earth? ""You see, I take the similiar task as my leaders, but I always get much less bonus than them. Take this time for example, the leader got 1400 yuan, however I got no more than 400 yuan . Do you think it is fair.""Oh,take it easy. It is common in our society even from the very old times. Once you are promoted to be a leader, you will regard it natural. " I sighed and comforted him.
