In my hometown, there are many orchards owned by different people. To protect their fruits from being stolen, my country folks raise many dogs. While in my commany, many of my colleagues keep dogs too, but only as pets. That's why I can know a little more about dogs. Looking at dogs, from now and then, a problem appears in my mind: A dog has nothing special than human beings, his body is no larger than a huaman being, his intellect is not beyond human beings either. He have no more great strength than man.But why could dogs be the most successful animals in existing well in our tough world. That may be due to their phylosophy of survival.
In my eyes, dogs' phylosophy of survival may be simple: to be loyal and to be slick. Though those two traits seem contradictory, dogs can joint them harmoniously on them.
Dogs have been the embodiment of loyalty. That's true. Dogs are worthy of the honour. No matter how poor or how wealthy a man is, his dog never betrays him. There are too many stories about that. The virtue of dogs earns them their masters' doting. Their master's doting brings dogs food and other things they need. Of course, dogs obtain all they those from their masters, with his loyalty. Compared with other animals, for example, cattle, dogs really suffer less. I never heard of a dog died of hunger. After his death, being grateful for his faithfulness, the dog's body is often buried carefully. Some of his master maybe weep for him. While a cattle, take as an example, may be killed soon as he gets too old to labour, and his meet is served as hman being' dish. Dogs really have a happy life all his life.
Dogs are slick, sometimes, too. That's another story to tell.
