Yesterday, I received a message there will be a big career fair in my hometown. I always expect to go back home and find a job, stay with my families. But i am afraid that i can't get a job better than my present job. There is a voice in my heart always tell me to change the job. However, it is hard for me to make the decision. May be i still like this job or just because i didn't have the sufficient courage to say goodbye with my boss. Hate me like that without any own opinion.

- There is an old saying: don't go far away from home when your parents are old. Do what you should do first, then you can do what you want to do. I don't want to go back home now, because, i can't find a better job, also i don't want to live in the small city, but we all will go back home one day, especially man. In my opinion, if you don't want to buy a house in the big city, why not go back home. It's better to find a job or do your own business at hometown as early as you can.

- It is quite normal to hesitate when we make major decisions. Actually think before acting is commendable. Previously most of the jobs are in Guangzhou and the coastal region, but recently, quite a lot of companies and factories have moved to other major inland cities to suit the employees. Perhaps you can go and see what jobs are available in your hometown before making a decision. East or West, home is the best.
