A strange guy who made me cry

This afternoon, our shop came a guy who was our boss's regular customer. I was sleeping at that moment when he talked with my colleague. Then i was shaked to awake by him.
My colleague went to play computer, that guy began to talk with me. At the first, he asked my name, and i told him,then my age, then he asked me for QQ,i didn't want to give it to him, so i refused. I said girls can't give their personnal infomation to somebody they don't know well. It was truth, especially these africans, they all want you to be their girlfriends, so it is better for us to tell them we have had boyfriends.So i told him it was a secret.
He asked me to stand up, he wanted to see my height. I asked him to stand up for me to have a look first, then he did, so did i. I had told him that i was short, after seen my height, he shaked his's head and said Chinese girls were the same shape and height with me, and he didn't like it. Then i said, so you can go back to your own country to find your girlfriend and marry her. I'm not interested in his topic, so i took the initiative to ask him questions.
However, that south african guy turned to be a little angry with me, he didn't answer my questions like'how old are you, can you tell me something about your country'. All he said was it was a secret, and i wouldn't tell you about that, cause you refused to answer my question first and i did't like you either.
Then i asked, why you didn't answer my questions, only if you opened your heart to others, then can you be known by others. But that bad guy said, i didn't want you to know me, nor i will tell you. I said, so i didn't want to know, i'm not interested in your answer too, stupid.
That guy said intentionally that i was stupid, not beautiful, idiot and he didn't like me at all. And i said,i acknowledge that. Later, i just couldn't control my feelings, so i burst into tears. That guy then felt sorry for what he said to me and beg for my forgiven. What's more, he wanted to buy supper for me. After a while, I said no to him. Then he asked me to go outside to eat dinner with him, he thought it was his fault to make me cry for him, then i said i cried for nobody but for myself, cause i didn't learn english well and caused misunderstandings between us, and led to an unhappy talking. Then he said he would made up for me and treat me a meal,I refused. That bad guy asked me for money for something reasons i didn't hear clearly, that was really strange to me.
A moment later, our another colleague came back, then this guy said bye to me and left. I wish i will never see him and hope he won't make troubles to me.
So strange a guy from south africa, and i really didn't like him.

I had such an experience when i was working abroad. I was walking on the street, there was one formidable guy out of a group of his fellow friend called to me: “hi, Chinese pig”, I stared straight into his eyes but did not even stop. I totally ignored him like I ignored a barking street dog. There is something beneath the shell of our flesh that nobody can touch, it is our dignity, the pride and our self-esteem. Please don’t cry, it is too trivial to deserve your attention, it is too nasty to feel the hurt. Be tough and be strong, you have a whole world of honorable and good people on your side. Cheer up!

Just ignore him because these kind of people are insecure and vent their dissatisfaction on others. I have visited many countries of the world and I found Chinese people as constructive, welcomed and respected in most countries. In fact, they see Chinese nationals as intelligent and smart in appearance. I myself was called a "ghost" in China, but it did not affect me because most of the people I met in China were friendly and wonderful. Cheers.

- Loly. Sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. Do not be affected by such incidents. Every culture produce different personalities. Each culture has it's own pros and cons. Apparently, that guy is trying to take advantage of you and you did exactly the right thing by discouraging him. His abrasive words against you was only to make you accept his advance. All you needed to do was so smile and tell him things (like you have a close boyfriend already) to avoid him. You are in this trade and you get to meet people from different countries. These things would happen again, so now you know how to deal with it. Hope you have happy days ahead.
