I want to say something about my boss

It is said that people from Chaoshan are good at doing business. My boss is one of them. I have to admit that they are smart, cunning and possessing the characteristics of businessmen.
Many people like them start to do business at a young age, so their educational level are generally low. It is common that we are young, we work for others, when opportunity comes, we start our own business and become other people's boss. And now, i work for him.
Yes, he is a boss, in a high rack,never care about his employees. He treats us just like employees, no friends to him, not to speak of companions. No wonder there had so many employees fire him so many times before. He has no consciousness of training staff. Suddenly i see, they are doing a family business. Whatever how well you perform, they just treat you as their workers. Many many undergraduates worked here about one to three month, then they left. My boss himself doesn't know English, so he needs assistants. We sell our goods to Africans, especially to nigerians. Seemed one of the main reason i work here is that i can speak a little english and i can improve my oral english. And everyday i'm happy with what i'm doing and like the life i choose at the present. I know some guys from nigeria, they are nice people in my eyes. Today, i helped a nigerian to read and explain the Chinese message to him. He shaked hands with me thankfully and happily. I was happy too.
Late again, i really wish i could have more time to do what i like. It seems i digress from the subject, ok, so much for today, i'd like to talk more about my boss and my work next time. I'm happy to make a record of it.

- from your writing, my understanding is that you have a boss who is shrewd in business but lousy in person, so you could learn his shrewdness while rejecting his narrowness. you can alwasy make the best out of any situation. hope you a sucess in your career in future.

- I'd heard something about the people from Chaoshan,as if some people's think ways or behavior are too extremely than others,maybe you boss is belong to one of them,haha.....
I don't like to work in those family business,especially when it present us so obvious,even you work harder than others,the boss will think you worth to do so.

I really hope i can own my business in the future, then i can be my own boss, and it needs time and a lot of preparation
