Here i cannot help saying something about the matter of huangyan island

It has been a long time that i didn't pay much attention to the news happened in the world. Recently, the issue between China and Philippines has attracted people's attention widely. And the contradiction is becoming larger and larger.
Not until my nigerian colleague and his friends talked about it yesterday did i realise the serious of this issue. Before i just knew a little about it. They asked us if there was a war between US and China, which one would you support? 'Of course China, we are Chinese.' I answered. All of them burst into laughter.Then one of them said to me, if your mother and your father are going to fight, even your husband involves in, what will you do? No wait for me to reply, he said, you'd better not get involved in. Then i said yes, i remain neutral. He then continued to express his opinion like this, it is not good to make the trouble be larger, wrong is wrong, and you can't turn the wrong to right. I noded my head and said, anyway, huangyan island is belonging to our country. Suddendly, he said, nonono, it is not belongs to you, but an international area, if you Chinese want to own it,then you have to fight for it against Philippines and US, if you win, it will be yours,then maybe Taiwan can back too. No war, no huangyan island, you know that. Jesus, i really want to argued with them at that moment, how can you people said huangyan island is not a part of our China, it's definitely our territory since yuan dynasty.
Next time, i will insist to say huangyan island is one part of our country, no one can separate it from us.

I have never thought that I would meet a Chinese like you who support the Phillippines and clarify the Huangyang Island is belong them. you said you are a patriotic and wish China have a position in the world. and I think many Chinese people have the same wish. But, I don`t think you have a clue about the difference between the CCP and motherland. and also, I think you so busy and have no time to view some live news. I can`t imagine that you live in China. You said that China is keeping quiet, withdraw all ships and fishmen from there and so on. It is a load of bollocks. May be you can check it out in any wetsite

And I firmly believe that China will never be a"spoilt child". In the early days of foundation, the Chinese people had suffered a lot in the past years, but we rise spiritedly to resist and achieve the final success. I have to say, I have courage to admit that the CCP had made a lot of mistakes, but not China. just as you know that the CCP is governed by a form of authoritarianism. I also don`t agree with this way. But, I think we have no choice. If you still ready to live in China and have no ability to overthrow the CCP transitorily, the only thing you can do is to supervise the authority and through some of our way to improve the CCP`s malpractice. But, any way, it is belong to domestic affairs. When it comes to China`s sovereignty, we should put pressure on the government and stand on one line to against anyone who tries to take away some legacy which given by ancestor. International Law? Do you have any idea what is International Law. Just think about it：one day, you bought an apartment and have lived a long time. then, a new law issued by some your neighbor. they told you that the appartment was belong to theirs. Don`t tell me you will do what they want you to do.

Thanks for your reply. Let me see more bad sides of our country. Yes, you're right, there has so many unreasonable things happened in China that we don't want to see. But nothing in the world is perfect, even in these developed countries, such as US, has many crimes, accidents, poors and so on. Other country also have religious conflicts, political violence,
wars. Every country has its own shortcomings, not just China has.
I don't know how your family was persecute by CCP, but me and all my friends all were born in a peaceful and harmonious envirnment. It all owes to a safe and stable society. But how can you mix CCP with our Country??? Yes, our CCP is not doing well, and you can not satisfied with them. Please trust in our government and give them more time. They are trying, they want to change our country to a better one and help our common people to live a better life. We all know the corruption problem of CCP is very serious, but you know, not all the officials are doing bad things. There is a long way for them to prove their values. It needs time and efforts.
However, according to the issue of huangyan islans, it is a matter of sovereignty, nothing to do with the CCP. Our government just state that huangyan island is one part of our territory. Their duty to speak it out and express the political position. Due to the shortage of resources in the whole world, it is absolutely good for one to own more resources in the hand. Just like DIAOYU island, same thing. It was them making troubles for us, they said diaoyu island was theirs, how comes, i want to ask??? It was Japan start this incident first, not us ,understand???
And this time, our fishermen did the ocean fishing in our area, then they were caught by Philippines and asked for ransom. They caught our unarmed people and asked for money. They are doing the wrong things first.
I wonder how can you know that huangyan island is not belonging to China? Did you study our history and the history of the Philippines?? Yes, you are right, according to the international law, country can own a area of 200 nautical mile. But how about the ocean area between South Korea and Japan? Do they share the overlapping area? Of course not. Finally they discuss it and deal with it. So as to this matter, we can negociate with them and solve it too.
Though i'm not a clever and a wise person, i just know that i'm born and living in China, i'm Chinese and no matter how it will turn out to be, i have confidence in our government and country, cause it really develops fast now, so many foreigners come to China, and many of them really love China. They'd like to stay in China.
I'm not a militants, i don't want war. It is really a big disaster to the whole world. We want a peaceful environment. But if there is a war happening, and needing me to join in , i'd like to fight for my country and protect our homeland. Just as the saying goes, everybody is responsible for the rise and fall of his country.

- Ok, allow me to say some, the island, as we know, is rich in natural resources, it is a major sea port and it has a very important strategic position, not only that, it has mineral deposits. According to my knowledge, at least four asican countries once said that this island is their territory. including Philippines.All of them cliamed that "We will never allow anybody to encroach upon our territorial integrity and sovereignty. " Vietnamese also wants to occupy it. An article published recently by philipino victor admited that the island should be territory of China. What do you say about that, upstair writer? I firmly believe that the Chinese goverment is right. I don't trust in philipino even though my present english teacher is a native philipino.
