I'm here to complain my boss

My boss always find faults for me, and i cannot understand it. Why he always be so serious with me, why he always show cold attitude towards me, why he preachs all the time, blaming us this thing is doing not enough, that thing should be done like that......
These days, the business is not good. Our boss is not happy. He can't bear his employee doing nothing in his shop even this is no customer coming in.
To tell you the truth, i'm not good at remembering things. You can say i'm forgetful, but how can you say i have no brain. You know, it was very silly of you to scold me like that. My self-esteem nearly get harmed.
The relationship between boss and employee shouldn't be like this, you know. You donot know how to care about your staff at all. You just want them be the tool to make money for you, you value what they could do for you instead of what they had done for you. You don't treat them as your friends, partners and cooperators, you just think like that, you pay them and they should work for you. So narrow eye vision and heart. They are not slaves, you know, they are one of your great fortune.
When can he understand it and show a little care to our employees. I would be very appreciated about his kindness.
PS: Boss can give you a stage, but cannot give you a good future. Our so called future is always mastered in our own hand.

- Judging from your words, I think your boss is not nice and I do not like this kind of boss. If my boss say such words with me, I will fired him or her without any hesitation. Both boss and employees should respect each other, only in this way can they maintain a good relationship and which will do good for the development of the company.

- Your boss is not smart, he is only using negative tactics or methods to disparage, denigrate or belittle you. He is calculating the value of your work by the volume of your work, not the quality. Should he continue doing this, all he would get are employees who pretend to be busy when he is around, and take it easy when he is not there. He has to learn or adopt modern employee management methods which includes encouragement of emplyees to contribute constructively and reward them accordingly.
A boss invest his money and the employees invest their energy and efforts. A smart boss should know that he is the "engine" his employees are the "fuel" just like a train. Both needs to be functional, productive, sincere an satisfied, otherwise the company can never succeed.Happy employees would voluntarily contribute their time and efforts sincerely hoping to build a successful company with proud and respectable employees.
He has to make up his mind what he wants and act accordingly.

- He is not a good boss, no wonder so many talents came and went away. Due to him limited cultural level, i feel sorry for him, and think he is a poor man. Later i will find a boss who are kind to his employee
