I saw something

On the way went to work today, i saw some guy's arm was marked with a word'calm',obviously it was a tattoo. Maybe this guy is a hotheaded man, when something bad happened, if he couldn't control his temper, he looks at this word, it may work, then he calm down. A good way to remind of patience.
With the bus moving on, i saw a city management was criticizing some people severely. He pointed his finger at that poor people and said something bad to him. Both his words and behaviors left me a terrible impression, my light mood was affacted and broken by seeing this. Maybe it was this guy's fault first, but how can you stupid pointed your finger at other people?? Don't you know it is very very impolite and offensive?? If someone points his finger at me, i want to break his finger at once. Before, i think a city inspector is a very nice position and job, but what about the truth, i have to say i felt disappointed, i always seeing they are making troubles for the common people. During the process of enforcing the law, they are so cold and rude with poor people, never mean to show their violence. Sometimes, i found that they are not solving problems but looking for troubles. I'm so sad to see these awful civil servants, they should remove the problems instead of enlarging contradictions between the common people and the government. They are damaging the image of the nation. Their work attitude need to be changed eagerly.
It's so easy to get into conflicts. Anger is the devil. It causes body conflicts easily. When people lose their control, everything can happen, fights and bloody case come along too. So keeping patience and calm is very very important.

- wow, loly, you are so diligent in writing diary, obviously, you have already got another big promotion in English again...
I think there are still have some competent urban inspectors in our country, right. hehe,
one of my senior middle schoolmates has been a vice captain of urban inspector for two years, and he is always so polite to some illegal vendors or beggers(I saw it by myself).
