How about your mood and your feelings lately? Did you lose your temper these days? Did you get angry? Did you have a low spirit? I think it is hard for us to be happy everyday, this is why our firends wish us happy everyday, because it is so difficult to keep a high spirit and a happy mind all the time. This minute you are happy, maybe the next minute you are sorrowful.
I find that, after having a nice mood for some days, an awful day will come to you. For happy time can not last for long, sadness will follow. Like the weather, after some sunny days, there comes a rainy day. On that bad day, your face is long without smile, you are easy to be angry. When some unlucky guy comes to offend you, you show your bad temper, and your bad mood outbursts like a volcano 'boom~'.You speak evil words and have bad acts. When you calm down, you may be shocked, wondering" What happened to me, how could i act like that", oh, damn it, it is not my day.
In fact, it's ok, we are common people, not holy God. Even God and angels can feel sad and cry when seeing something terrible and miserable.
All we need to do is to control ourselves, control our evils, and be nice and kind to ourselves and others. See no evil，hear no evil，speak no evil. And i'm trying to live like this, everyday is new to me, because it is a gift given by God.
