Try to be the person you want to be

According to our Chinese saying, man's nature is good, while another kind of opposite saying is man's nature is evil. Seeing it from the Bible, God created man, let them live in the Garden of Eden, under the lure of the serpent(in fact, it's evil spirit), Adam and Eve ate the fruit of that wisdom tree, they got punished from God for they betrayed God's warning, then God took away of them perfection, they are no longer perfect, and have no privilege to live in this paradise, they were kicked out of the garden of Eden and to live by themselves.
You know, something in the world will always remain unknown and mysterious. Miracles happen all the time everywhere, from west to east, from old times to modern times, always, never fade. Do you know how to live as an individual? From my shallow opinion, we should try our best to fix ourselves, yes, fix ourselves, make us to be more open and wise and comfortable to integrated into the world. But it doesn't mean follow the public, other people smoke, you smoke, other people hit the bottle, you hit, other people have a concubine, you have, other people speak dirty words, you speak, other people keep a prejudice against the society, you keep......That's really too stupid. All you get one good advice, that is, to read Bible. Hahah, i'm joking here. In fact, many wise words are cross interlinked, but frankly speaking, i'd never read one book can include everything inside the book, Bible is the first one, and good books should be read again and again and kept the main idea in the brain, and then follow these discipline to guaid our behavior.
No one is perfect in the world, like the flower tree, should be trimmed, then it will grow better and better. We people, should learn from these lessons, to grow into a better man, not only be accepted by the others, but acknowledged and liked and satisfied by yourself. Whether you are good or evil, God is watching and has his judgment, kind people will have good result, while evil guys will have his time someday.
We are taught to be a honest, kind-hearted and diligent person when we were kids. But how many of our guys can stand up and clap your chest and say "I never tell a lie and i'm a honest person". Small, samll, maybe people like a fool or people suffer from the disease never lie, just a few. See, living in this world, we had learnt how to lie. Lie to others, lie to our friends, lie to family members, lie to lovers even lie to ourselves. But God hate lies, hate the lying tongue. Sometimes, we already get used to these so called small things and didn't realize it. But that's really a problem, that is, how important it is to be sincere! We should try our best to be real and sincere and nature.
Ever since with the help of my master Maria, i learnt a lot from the Bible, how to find the beauty of our life, how to be grateful to our God and life, and how to repent for our disgraceful past and mistakes and wrongs we have done. Anyway, God love human beings best, cause he cares about us and happy to see that people live a pure and happy life.
And, oh, it's time to sleep. You know, believing in God, it doesn't mean you stay at your home and doing nothing, just pray to God and beg for everything, God hate lazy people, if you are lazy for your work, you'd better be ready to go hungry.

- Some of my friends like to say "you are not a man if you are not poisonous". Their opinion is that as a man you have to be tough, ruthless and never have a soft heart. I totally disagree.
I have studied the bible but somehow I don't think our lives need to be guided by the teachings of the bible. It is quite outdated and lost touch with modern day realities. Lets take birth control and abortion for example. Christianity disallow birth control but without birth control populations in many countries with exploding populations, children would suffer due to lack of food, education and other resources. How can we allow the population to go out of control and let people suffer? Another issue is cohabitation. Children born outside marriage is considered as "illegitimate". Unfortunately, there are many parents who marry out their daughters with monetary and financial status as the main consideration resulting in loveless marriages. Girls have no choice but to cohabit with their true loved ones without marriage. There are so many matters which the teachings of the bible cannot deal with.
My personal belief is that I only need to be honest with myself, don't do anything evil, avoid greed and help others in need to the best of my ability. However, nobody is perfect, god designed us and he knows sin without intent and unconsciously. That is human nature.
We all come to this world to play our role, so all we need to do is to be a good person and don't do evil things.

The Bible was written a few thousand years ago, and now we are living in the morden society, due to that specific time and situation, people's sight is limited. Everything is changing. In the long run, the policy of birth control to avoid population explosion is workable and a good news to the whole human beings, people get benefit from it.
As for the abortion, i think it is a cruel thing, i mean to end an innocent life. But how about if the female was raped and pregnant unwilling, she won't want this new life to torture and hurt her lifetime. She has no choice but to abortion. From the humanity's point of view, we can understand her and forgive it. But how about the kind of people abort again and again, don't you think they are cruel? Cruel to other's life and her life also. One is easier to get infertility after abortion.
As to cohabitation, hmm, that's our mordern people's big problem. It's terrible to marry a person you know nothing about his/her habits and personalities. Only if two people are willing to live together and can bear their responsibilities, that is ok. You know, words is words, we can't be too serious with the words inside the book, but to understand the meaning behind the words.
The old testament discribed people would better not eat pork and work on Sundays, but new testament said we could eat and work on Sundays, it due to your good intentions. For good purpose, God will understand it.
You know, the content written in the Bible i'm interested most is, it teaches us something good and useful. Good for our lives, good for the world.
