Well, after i went home for a few days, now there were so many messy work waiting for giving me "surprises". Ok, no problem, life is always like this, full of problems and troubles.

  Both this two customers came from UK and the island of reunion sent complaints to paypal. We had to tackle it as soon as possible, or the money would be refunded to them, and we would lose a lot. And i think a good communication is quite important. You may be uneasy to deal with a furious customer, all you need to do is to calm yourself down, and ease your customer's feelings also. Be patient and sincere to him, you are not mean to cause troubles to your customer, but aim to have a happy cooperation with your customer. Both this two customers are not that satisfied with the color of the goods we sent. After my peaceable negotiation with him, finally he cancelled the complaint and placed another small order from us, i think he is quite clever, we just sent more colors for his customer's choice instead of one color, which wasn't mentioned in the pi, that he threatened us to make compensation to him, that french people, too shrewd, really drove me crazy and fortunately, we handle this matter well. As to that uk customer, a problem haven't been solved yet. It needs time, i will try my best to contact him.

  Work is work, sometimes it brings happiness to you, sometimes it brings troubles to you. No matter how hard the problem is, pls try your best to keep a good mood. For a good mood helps you to hold a peace mind, so that you can be clear to deal with the problem.

  Don't treat your customer badly, but to be generous and relaxed, once they trust you, further cooperation will come to you soon. You are a clever salesman once you make your customer like you and trust you. Sometimes, they can be your friend, while sometimes they are just your business parnters.

  Through experiencing these thorny problem, we grow. Every new experience teach you something only if you know it. For thoes unknown challenges, just come on, we are alway ready! Maybe we won't go through everytime, don't worry, try our best and let it be.
