On Valentine’s Day people in love will make dates and send gifts to each other to celebrate their romance, while on Single Day singles stay with sworn brothers or sisters to celebrate their singlehood. In the end, the two are of different origins and in different width. Valentine’s Day origins from Roman Period and comes in being formally in 1800s. Now it’s been popular around the world. As for the Singles Day, it origins from the 1990s and is celebrated only in China.
