I just wanted to boil water to drink. After I turned on my induction cooker, I chatted with my friends and completely forgot my boiling water. After an hour, the water was nearly gone from the pan, then I suddenly remembered I was still boiling my water. I did this twice. It was too dangerous and a real waste of electricity.

   Su Shi did this before and hence invented Dongpo Pork(东坡肉). There is a tale that once during his free time, Su Dongpo decided to make stewed pork. Then an old friend visited him in the middle of the cooking and challenged him to a game of Chinese chess. Su had totally forgotten of the stew during the game until a very fragrant smell came out from his kitchen and he was reminded of it. Thus Dongpo's Pork, a famous dish in Chinese cuisine, was created by accident.

   I’m not Su Shi and can’t invent Zhuwen Water(主文水) either. So I swore there was never going to be a third time. If it happened again, I would run up against a wall until a big bump existed on my head.
