Atman was a young farmer now. Farmer was always at the bottom of society. Though there was a saying ‘farmers aren’t cultivate land, which can starve imperial army’, they had no choice, because cultivating land was their destiny.

  Among all Atman’s classmates, Atman was the most miserable guy. Now he lived just like hermit, sometimes cultivated, sometimes read, which was really an easygoing life. Using the words of one of his classmates in college, Atman was probably the worst graduate of Swallow University ever. Atman wasn’t angry at all and just laughed out of court.

  In 2010, one of Atman’s classmate Laic visited Atman. Actually he just wanted to have a trip to relax himself and found the little village of Atman wasn’t a bad choice. Laic drove his limousine and brought his baby wife Neon to the Lemon village under the hot sun.

  When they came to Atman’s house, Atman received them with an unnatural smile. Originally, Atman thought he already had a heart as a lake of still water and could resist anything outside, but the advent of Laic and his wife was just like a big stone breaking his inner peace.

  Neon was a very beautiful woman. Her hair just liked the thick dark clouds in the sky, lily-white skin was flawless. Especially her charming eyes could make people’s heart beat faster without reason. Atman turned around and looked at his own wife, couldn’t help being disappointed. Withered and yellow hair, sallow skin, a rectangle-shaped figure, he knew he shouldn’t be disappointed, but he couldn’t conquer his feeling and cheat himself.

  Laic had his moment, all he can thought now was that every dog had its own day. During college, they were roommates. Atman was tall, handsome and studied well, there were always girls coming to look for him, but laic himself was short, plain and girls weren’t even willing to talk with him. He was always jealous and hated the God’s unfairness.

  Laic was always lonely and had to bury his head in science. Because of his loneness, he hated social science, because it was science about human ,and he hated things about human. Bill Gates was rich, Tom Cruise was handsome, Laic wasn’t jealous at all, why? Just because those guys were out of his life and had no impression on him, but the guys around him were different. That’s just the difference between ideal and reality.

  Laic had great talent on natural science and made great progress during the four years. Now he was the CTO of a MNC and suddenly heard that Atman was just a farmer from other classmates. He never felt happier all his life.

  After a week, Laic had to leave and praised that Atman’s wife was virtuous and could cook so well. Maybe Laic was truly hearted, but Atman felt sick just like swallowing a fly. Laic also gave Atman five thousand Yuan, but Atman refused it stubbornly.
