Yuan Shao was born in a noble family. Yuan Shao was handsome and liked to take up with talented people, however, he didn’t know how to use them appropriately. Just like people buying a lot of books without reading them.

    He Jin decided to kill eunuchs, but when eunuchs offered an apology, he didn’t know what to do, hence was killed by eunuchs.  I usually see this kind of scene: a villain begged the protagonist to kill him when he was forced to rattrap and this kind of strategy always saved his life. Yuan Shao ordered to kill all eunuchs, even some of normal people were mistaken as eunuch and killed for the sake of not growing beard, some people even took off their trousers to show they were not eunuch to avoid to be killed. You can’t kill all eunuchs just because several of them did evil. Yuan Shao’s destiny can be foresaw from here.

  However, Yuan was a courageous man and even had the courage not to give Dong face. People should have self-knowledge. Han Fu was cowhearted and lacked the first thing---courage to be a great man. He retired and gave room to better men, which was a good way for him avoiding violent death at least. But finally just because Yuan’s emissary whispered to Zhang Miao, Han Fu thought he was going to be killed by them and committed suicide in the toilet. Really ridiculous and sad, the only wrong thing is that he should be born a peasant instead of a governor, then he’ll die in his bed probably.

  Yuan also missed the biggest signboard---emperor to boost his great undertaking. He was also lack of the brain to judge minister’s views. While encountering a good chance to attack Xu Chang, Yuan Shao just used the excuse of illness of his son and decided not to attack it. Really speechless about this, what kind of person he belongs to?

  Ju Shou’s good advise means only a fart to Yuan Shao. He didn’t knew people well either. Army provisions is the most important thing. Yuan also didn’t pay any attention to it. Ju Shou was talented but didn’t know to choose a good lord, only knew to be loyal to Yuan Shao in a foolish way, finally was killed without achieving anything. It’s a pity his talent is wasted.

    Tian Feng gave good advice too, but was ignored by Yu Shao too. Tian Feng knew Yuan Shao well and still served him until finally killed by him. Talent was wasted in vain. His was somewhat inferior to Jia Xu and Guo Jia about selecting appropriate lord to serve. Yuan Shao’s two sons lived on the fat of the land and were destroyed by Cao Cao without much effort.

    A man with moral integrity can be called a real man. Han Heng was this kind of man and was admired by Cao Cao greatly. Of course, all bosses like loyal employee.
