Time is the most precious thing in the world, when you think about it carefully, you’ll find it isn’t even a thing. It can’t exist independently and has to coexisted with the world.

    There is really no need to talk too much to indicate the importance of time. If I were 5 years younger, or 10 years younger, I wouldn’t have to be so restless and harebrained. There is no need to cry over spilt milk, but time is even worse than milk, because when you spill milk, at least you can use your tongue to lick it; when you waste your time, whatever you try to save it, which will always make you waste it more. You can have nothing but time, if you have everything but time, which is still in vain. Just think about it, do you want to be a 90-year-old centibillionaire? I would rather be a poor young man. You can’t buy a year with a billion dollars.

When I came to Shenzhen, I was really ambitious and planed to use three years to do something. Now three years passed, I’m still the same, except a little salary raise. I feel time going by so quickly, I haven’t woken up from last Spring Festival, then I find the next Spring Festival is coming.

When I came home at 6 o’clock, I cooked my supper and watched TV for a little while. When I decide to write something, I find it’s even 9:30. Holy Maria, why time goes by so quickly? So what can I do? I can only try my best to do things quickly and well. I can use one minute to do thing of two minutes to save time so that I won’t have to regret later. Regret is really the most painful thing in the world. Though I know there is no need to regret about wasting time, which is also a waste of time further, I still regret.

So I just make two reading lists for myself to avoid reading randomly. Though I can’t achieve any great things, at least I can use how many books I’ve read as an excuse to comfort myself. Owning a placebo is better than owning nothing, at least it makes me less painful.
