I must go to sleep before 10 o’ clock to guarantee my work and study efficiency from now on. If you don’t have a good rest, you won’t improve you efficiency. Work or study with a dizzy head for five hours isn’t as well as work or study with a clear mind for one hour. Grinding a chopper will not delay the work of cutting firewood. I’d better spend four hours on sleep in exchange for a clear mind.
