When I came home last night, the whole community had no electricity. Maybe I couldn’t call my rental room a home, but it was convenient to call it home, so I call it home instead of rental room.  I didn’t behave like other people complaining a lot, instead, I thought it was a rare chance to enjoy time without light.

During the days when I had summer vacation. In the evening of summer, I watched TV and then went to bed and rarely went outside. Encountering current failure, I would went outside to enjoy the beauty of summer night. Summer evening breeze was really cool, summer moon was really silvery, though sometimes mosquito was annoying, it didn’t influence me at all. We sat in the coolness of summer night under the silvery moon and heard elders telling stories. We could pick watermelon in vegetable garden, we could shout as free as we can to disturb dogs so that all dogs in the village barked, we could walk through the motley tree shadows, we could catch firefly and put it into a bottle so that it looked like a natural lamp…the feeling is really so good.

Coming back to earth, I was really hot and read several pages so that I was sleepy. I went to sleep to drive the hotness away. The hotness was still there, only I couldn’t feel it.
