I’m sitting in my little room and writing something. I don’t want to work overtime today. Even though I have plenty of work to do, I can finish them during working hours, why should I work overtime? If this kind of situation goes on, I’m afraid I will become a slave instead of an employee. Egalitarianism isn’t going to work in the world, but existed in our company. I can work heart and soul during working hours, after work, I belong to myself completely. Thinking of farm cattle before, I guess I’ll become a farm cattle if I can’t be myself. Anyhow, I went home early tonight.

Just read an article, indicating that the purpose of writing is to make reader understand as easy as possible. Imagination is also an very important part of writing. Without imagination, you can only write journalism and that’s too limited. Anyhow, after all the past, I’m sitting in my little room today and writing something.

There isn’t any noise outside of the window and I don’t know why. Several days ago, an old man passed away and the religious ceremonies kept a whole night. My colleague complaint he was driven crazy by the incredible noise and I persuaded him to be calm. After all, death to everyone is only a one-time thing, which is worth to have a ceremony. He try to sell his Confucianism, but failed most of time. I guess the core of his Confucianism is virtue. Probably he believed human was virtuous originally.

Another guy Han Fei had his own Legalists, which seems opposite to Confucianism. In common words, his core is law. I guess he believed human was evil originally. Nowadays, we have to obey law and promote virtue. The guy Han is really a genius and I only know that he is killed by Li Si because of jealousy. Jealousy is really a very dangerous thing in the world. Sun Bin lost both kneecaps because of the jealousy of his classmate Pang Juan. Jealous is existed with human forever. I earned a little money for my overwork and my colleague became jealous and no wonder they got killed by jealous people.

Li Si was a powerful minister under Qin Shihuang. I didn’t know why he helped Zhao Gao kill Fu Su. Later he was killed by Zhao Gao, who was the most powerful eunuch. Eunuch was rarely normal and you can’t blame them. Originally they’re men and for some reason get castrated and I have to say which is really a big humiliation to man’s dignity. Once a man’s dignity is destroyed, of course he can do anything he likes. The castration will become a permanent pain in his heart because no matter what he do in future, it’s impossible to get it back. I don’t know what will happen in future along with the development of science, but at least it’s impossible to get his thing back.

Zhao Gao invented a Chinese idiom, point to a deer, call it a horse. If one is powerful enough, he can make animal change name and everyone has to obey him. I read something about Zhao before, but can’t recall any of it back.

Qin Shihuang, the first emperor to unite China, was really an ambitious man. He thought he was greater than any kings and monarchs before and hence called himself the first emperor of Qin. In the days of superstition, Qin Shihuang dared to burn the mountain of goddess saying shaving their hair as punishment for making storm to disturb him. Even today, some people paid deepest respect to god and goddess, that’s why there was only one Qin Shihuang in China.

Even though he was the most powerful man in China then, he wasn’t immortal, which made him really annoyed. Even though he was powerful, when the day of death came, he had to go no matter whether he was willing or not. So he asked couples of Taoist to seek elixir, of course he wasn’t stupid, but he liked to believe it to comfort himself. Because everything in front of death is simply nothing to Qin Shihuang. He escaped assassination of Zhang Liang, but couldn’t escape disease. Finally he died with illness and was covered by salted fish to cover the smell so that his prime minister and second son got their complot work. No matter how powerful he was while alive, he was simply a corpse with stinky smell. Maybe Qin Shihuang was born in wrong time, maybe he could be born in future, probably immortality becomes possible then. There is also a kind of method called cryonics now. It is said that when science becomes advanced enough, it will make these corpses with cryonics revive. It’s a pity Qin Shihuang was born earlier. Probably it’s a good thing. When this becomes possible, then history will become more reliable, because those people of past can demonstrate it. What’s more, I like history. Hehe. By the way, the legend person of USA Franklin regretted he only lived in an age while science was only a baby and he had to die no matter how hard he struggled. That’s why I read story of Sakyamuni. I’m not a Buddhist, but I like their meditation to get peaceful mind. I can use it to make my mind peaceful and learn something I like quietly. I also read a novel Thais, which is also about meditation and faith too. People get to have faith, or else how could they know the meaning of life? Just for their faith.

It’s a little late now, maybe I can continue my wandering tomorrow. Wow, the world is full of things and I have a lot to say. Now I think I know why I never get bored.
