I’ve downloaded 3000 English books last year, yet, I didn’t read any one of them. Every time I opened the folder and would become a little worried about its hugeness and my poor energy wasn’t enough for me to finish reading all of them. The folder size is 3GB and I spent a little time picking some of them and making its size 321MB.

Alcott, Louise May

Actually I didn’t hear much about her, but I did hear one of her books Little Women from the soap opera Friends, during which Rachel introduced the book to Joe. I decide to read the book, if it’s good, I’ll finish all her books. By the way, I heard of her book Good Wives too. This weekend, I’ll look for it in University Town Library, after all, paper books are nice to read without hurting eyes.

Alexandre Dumas

    I finished the first three chapters of The Count of Monte Cristo. It’s really a wonderful book and makes me like western literature more, giving me the feeling to finish one book without interruption. Of course I need to finish The Three Musketeers. The French writer was really a genius and I’d like to finish reading all his books.

There is no need for me to say, everyone of us must hear the Danish guy before. The book gave me a lot of fantasy and I can’t forget it all my life. While reading his fairy tales, I always have a warm feeling in my heart and will never get tired of reading him.

To be honest, I don’t think she is more famous than her two sisters, because I’ve never heard of her novel Agnes Grey. It’s just domino effect, while her two sisters were so famous, curiosity will drive me to read this book to see whether it’s good or not.

Austen,Jane

The writer is really famous and I’ve heard of her works before, such as Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, Mansfield Park and Emma. I read part of Pride and Prejudice before and had to admit her language skill was excellent, but I’m not interested in its content at all. A man Pride and a woman Prejudice played an western South Korea drama. Without content I’m interested in, I believe I can hardly finish any one of them. I can’t just sharpen my skill by reading her book.

BENJAMIN FRANKLIN

Surely I’ll read his works by thinking of his head portrait in $ 100 bills. He is the typical American and represents the spirit of USA. I’ll peruse his works for more than once.

I don’t know the person, but I did heard of his book The City of the Sun.

There is no need for me to say too much about the writer. I admire the writer so much and want to finish reading all his works if I have time.
