The Installation CD includes User Manual, USB Driver and Setup Wizard. First of all, I have to write the User Manual of modem and also make sure every detail and sentence of the User Manual is right. USB driver and Setup Wizard, I have to test them with different operating systems very cautiously.
After that, I used Nero to burn the content into three sample CDs and reopened them to check again. It’s really dangerous task. Once your sample CD is wrong, all CDs of the order will be wrong and the loss is really heavy. You’re not allowed to make a tiny mistake. Such kind of task is really exhausting.
Just imagine having an exam, you may not take it seriously. But when you’re told to not make a tiny mistake, or else you’ll lose your salary of two years by your mistake, instinct will tell you to be cautious.
It’s actually not so bad. Pressure, caution, progress!

- My former boss once told me that people can only improve while working under pressure. I still can't conclude how true that is. Work with intense responsibility or rush work are most stressful and can cause distress in the long term. It is true that once you screw up the installtion software, the whole product could be crippled. Nevertheless, be rational. Don't exert yourself to extremes.

- Everytime my colleague is quitted I feel very sad. For most time I have to consider my future. Though I forced myself to neglect negative feeling, I cann't escape totally from the negative sensation.

- Ah, i see, so installing CD is your job? IT talent, IT white-collar, haha, i'm sorry, i'm joking. According to your job describtion, your job is not easy, needs to pay special attention and no mistake allowed. If i'm under such high pressure, maybe before i start to fix the compute, i need to fix myself first.

According to your job describtion, your job is not eAha, actually making sample CD for product isn't my job, instead, I only make setup wizard, which is a convenient way to install DSL modem. This kind of task probably is good for one's growth and can make one aware responsibility. During my entire student life, I only needed to be responsible for my own future, even though I ruined it, it's only my own business, now it's different, I have to be responsible for my company.

I just stay or go at my own will and never compare with my colleagues, but some of them like comparing with me. When I earn a little by extra work, they’ll become cynical. Now I can ignore their cynicism completely and bury my head into my own things. It’s really a pity Tang returned home to have his own business, however, I can’t become an obstacle to him. He is a nice guy.
