I had a meeting this morning and our boss was clear-minded. He knew to be prepared for danger in times of safety. Usually we are perished in success instead of failure.

He only told us two points, direction and quality. These are two basic parts of business. Direction means that you need to know what product you will make. We’re currently making products basing the needs of customer. Big company such as Apple can guide customer but that kind of status is out of our reach now. Quality can make your customers loyal.

Sometimes we may need this kind of business mode and make us product too. Direction, you can make your own career. Of course you need to make you basing the needs of society. We shouldn’t be ashamed of talking of business mode. If there is no demand of your career in the society, how could you expect to make your life better?

Quality, you need to make you basing on your strong point. If you’re wooden, you can make you furniture instead of knife. At the same time, you need to struggle hard to change you from a log to fine furniture.

Take English learner for example. First of all, you make your direction clear by choosing English. Then you need to know what you can do by learning English. Finally you also need to know how to achieve the status you want quickly.
