There was a couple in a small village. They had two sons and one daughter. The daughter was beautiful, but two sons were born with favus.

     When the three children grew up, the daughter was able to find a capable man as husband. The brothers had difficulties to find wife.

    By extreme effort, the elder brother DS was able to find a fat woman YW as his wife. YW was dumped by a man recently and was reluctant to accept DS by efforts of both their parents. The younger brother YS was single all his life.

    YW always hated her husband and told everybody about that. People wondered that why she bore him three sons since she hated him so much.

    NH was the oldest and PH was the youngest, while TH was in the middle. NH was handsome and hence picked wife everywhere. When he was twenty-six, he was panic and finally picked a short and fat woman XM. Everybody laughed NH because he hated short and fat woman and told everybody that he wouldn’t accept that kind of wife.

    XM came to NH’s home for the first time. Neighbors all visited NH’s home to have a look at XM. XM only sat in a corner without raising her head to meet anybody.

    TH was imbecile and lived with his parents. Someone wanted to find him an imbecile wife, but his mother YW refused for fearing to deal with two imbeciles together.

    When TH was a baby, his mother went to toilet on the way to relative’s home. She let NH hold him in his arms. NH was only six years old, how could he hold a baby firmly? TH fell to the ground and hurt his brain heavily. Sometimes you had to sigh destiny was really tricky.

    PH was tall and handsome. He hated to be a farmer and hence his uncle YS accepted him as apprentice. YS was a barber. It was lucky PH was tall and handsome, so he found a common-looking girl PC as wife without difficulties.

    He earned salary to support his own small family. Life to him wasn’t bad, but PC’s elder brother wanted to run a hair salon with him. PH borrowed one hundred thousand Yuan to run the hair salon with his brother-in-law. The business of hair salon was poor, so PH’s brother-in-law took his own money back and the hair salon was bankrupt.PH’s life changed from then on.

    PH had a famous saying, “It’s bad to find a beautiful wife. That’s easy to make a man cuckold.” A man with such kind of saying was no doubt a man without ambition. Now he lived under the shadow of his wife.

    Generally speaking, babies nowadays preferred to drink imported milk, but PH’s baby daughter wasn’t able to drink homemade milk. Her grandmother made rice flour to feed her and made her tender mouth ulcerate. PH’s daughter could only wear other babies’ old clothes.

    Originally NH was the pillar. When they worked in Guangzhou, his wife XM could earn much more than him. Now XM became the pillar of family and NH had to obey her. Whoever could take the economy becomes the head of household.

    NH and XM had two children, one son and one daughter. Both children inherited advantages of their parents’ appearance and were good-looking. They were raised by their grandma YW.

    When NH and XM were in Guangzhou, both children said they liked their grandma best. But when NH and XM came back, both children were even not willing to sleep with grandma, choosing parents instead.

    TH was single and weak-minded. A lot of people liked seeking fun from him. Someone gave him a lighter with naked woman on it. Some married women even joked that they would sleep with him at the price of 10 Yuan, but TH was only willing to sleep with them for free.

    Uncle YS had no wife and children and hence saved money for both nephews’ wedding. He became the most respected family member. He lived alone and died alone, working all his life for nephews.
