To me, I never thought food was a problem while in China, but the situation in Islamabad was different. I brought food from China to here. Last time, my Pakistan friends said my food from China was really tasty. This time, I had to give most of my food out to them.

    Originally I thought I would leave for China on this Saturday, but my director told me the flight was changed to next Wednesday. So the intention of enjoying my Chinese food was interrupted, I couldn’t finish them in three days, how else what should I do when I felt sick on Pakistan food? I stared at my Chinese food and put them in my trunk again. In China, they were junk food to me, but here, they were the source of my appetite. I only smelled a little while and made a new plan for six days. The weird favor of Pakistan food made me so sick.

    Last time, by chance, I found Kabuli Pulao a little tasty and decided not to risk myself to taste new food. I had Kabuli Pulao for a week. This time I ordered Kabuli Pulao again and found I was tired of it. I was sick of the food and probably they thought it delicious and also a little expensive to have it every day, they only ate Chapatis every day with a little vegetable. Actually I had the life of landlord while they were having the life of poor peasant.

    It’s lucky the taste of water was the same as in China. Drinking water was really an enjoyment to me. Because of the heat, I could drink 1.5 liter of water one night. After I washed my clothes, it only took several hours to become dry in bathroom at night.

    I had four pieces of dry bread every morning as breakfast, sometimes they were burnt. Need produces wisdom. I found a new way of having dry bread. I simply put all of them into my green tea and found it was easier for me to finish them.

    Lunch at 2’o clock while supper 10’o clock. Staying at home seemed to be the best choice. Actually they didn’t have things to do to amuse themselves. So they simply stayed indoors to watch TV. I never saw them reading.
