The day before yesterday, I received Philippine customers with my director Meng. Because of the mistake of saleswoman, we had to invite Philippine customers for supper. On the road to Grand Mercure Oriental Ginza Shenzhen, Meng seemed to be angry for she had no one to take care of her son at home and her husband had to work overtime in Huawei. I just wanted to be silent and didn’t know what to say.

     In the dragon court restaurant, we met five Philippine customers. During the whole dinner, we had nothing to eat, but the cost was 3000RMB. Jesus! Probably we mainly eat nothing but the so-called environment.

     The Philippine boss came from Taiwan and said he was the offspring of Fan Zhongyan. I suggested him he should change it into Fan Zeng, but he said he had never heard of the guy.

     Henry was the sales manager. He sat next to me, but I didn’t have much to talk with him. Nilo and Erwin were both PLDT workers. There was also a Philippine woman Joanna. She was thirty-four years old, but her daughter was already sixteen years old. She was a heavy smoker and smoked everywhere.

     Meng also bought two bottles of Wuliangye. I didn’t understand why it cost so much. It was horribly spicy and there was no sweet smell at all. Last time, I took a bottle of Maotai to Pakistan customer. Though the packaging wasn’t opened, I could sense the fragrance of it.

     The saleswoman Yang wasn’t a good drinker, still she struggled to drink. After several couples of Wuliangye, she turned herself into a total stranger. No wonder guys with bad intention always tried to seduce women with wine.

     In a word, the whole dinner turned out to be boring.

     After dinner, the boss Victor suggested going to KTV. So we had to accompany them though it was already 23:00.

     In the Happy Zone KTV, Victor kept asking the waitress if they had special service. Of course we knew what special service was, but the waitress replied there was no other services besides singing. Victor said it was so boring to just sing, those Philippine guys anticipated that eagerly too. It seemed the oldest career would never fun of fashion.

     In the KTV room, Yang just sat between Victor and another Philippine guy. She behaved just like a dancer, I didn’t know whether it was caused by wine. Victor wasn’t interested in her at all, probably Yang wasn’t pretty enough.

     Victor also expressed his view, “We’re businessmen and we don’t care about unification or independence at all. The only thing we care is that we can have business here without interruption.” His business card still showed Republic of China.

     The two PLDT guys were good singers of English songs. When it was 1 o’clock, we could go. Jesus, when I came home, it was already 2 o’clock. I suddenly remembered Yang was left alone in the taxi. So I called her, she returned home safely. So I washed myself and slept.
