Autumn is no doubt the season I love most among all four seasons. Since I like autumn, I have no reason to dislike autumn rain, which is so different from the other three seasons. Spring rain is too noisy with thunder. Summer rain doesn’t last for long, of which I have no time to enjoy, then it suddenly stops and the sun emerges again. Winter rain is too cold to make me emotional, walking through which I feel the coldness just penetrating into my bones.

It’s a lucky day, I just encounter the rain of autumn. Originally I decide to stay at my little room, but I have to return my books to the UT library, so I have to take the books and walk in the rain of autumn. I always like to have someone accompanying me to do something. Though I don’t think it’s a good habit, I can’t change it in a sudden way.

Originally I can take a bus, seeing the drizzle and feeling the coolness, I decide to take a walk. I can hardly see anyone on the road except a few cars passing by. The drizzle is shining under the light of street lamp just like fireworks during Spring Festival. Trees on both sides of the road are all vigorous and extremely green like being reborn. Raindrops on the leaves and flowers sparked under the shiny light of street lamp. Even the air is so fresh that I no longer feel dizzy and have clear eyes to observe the world around me.

There is no wind at all and it’s so quiet all around, which is really rare in a metropolis such as Shenzhen. Seeing the warm light through windows of every family to shine on the street and also my face, I think all people are enjoying supper at home now. I can only hear the voice of raindrops falling on my umbrella and feel it so sweet.

Coming to the campus of UT, though I don’t belong here, I always like the peaceful and beautiful land. Myriad twinkling light in the campus just like clusters of stars in the sky. It’s a pity there aren’t stars tonight, but I would rather have the autumn rain.

After going out of the UT library, I walk along the small river and see the bright reflection of UT library swaying along with the falling raindrops. All my vexation is gone, I feel so peaceful in my heart. Even the billboard at bus stop is so amiable, on which the female model is beautiful in an unprecedented way.
