Life is made of choices----job-hunting
After went through some interviews on job-hunting off and on in recent days,really want to say some out,seem this time is the first time of spending longest time on searching a new job until now,so seem joined a lot interivews until now,and truly learnt a lot from these,after all each company has so different brief and others,recall and sum up these will be an interesting thing,at the same time,understand some that which one is you want to join and which point you still should improve,today's issue reminded me with a deep impression via talking with a unkown guy---we just met for joining the same interview,first time to meet and maybe last time. He reminded me that company should be the 1st thing to be considered in searching a job,not the distance---he just catched up with this from so far place--xiasha,OMG,really shocked me a lot,for that I even didnot deliver any resumes to the companies far away from me,now recall really lost a lot of chances,and during them really have some which I satisfied with,on the way back to apartment really thininking of it all the time,if take the whole occupation developing planning into consideration,really only the distance is not the most important,the gain in a better company will much important,maybe I should take more attention on this companies distanltly. Change my mind,original thoughts,take all factors into consideration then make a detailed blueprint to summarise the possible resultes will be. Choices are so important,different optiones shape different lives.As showed on options of making a boyfriend or girlfriend,working in a company,etc.so can make of a different life,so really and definitely can say that everybody has different life since different experience. So what if working in a far company with factory,moving home is the worst plan but not a big deal,why I ALWAYS meet the same issue when job-hopping.I need and should make a change,firstly from my mind,then to the action,a comfortable surrounding really always make people become lazy to move,think to change as well as the turth working in a company for many years,not so eager to seek new breakthrough even stay same day by day.

After changing mind,so actions just changed followed,so just in the two days experienced absolutely different life,went to company far,but undersatnd that this so-called FAR is just in your mind-seem from here to there,so far,map shows this at least,but actually map cannot always works,exactly say it that only you go for it,see,experience,so can know,what and how then learn that facts are not always like what you imagine,facts shows that even it seems that so far distance only cost 30 minutes can arrive which is almost equals to the time cost on traffic in city center,and at the same time,the deserted land in mind from the map guide instead of some rows of beautiful REAL buildings,this is so amazing.The process is more important than the result at that time at least when on bus,this great tool,one yuan can bring you so far to expereince the world,big or small world. Life always can bring you surprise at any time.When you eat porridge here you may think of before you had a time living in other place where always exsist some small shops serve porridge in morning,same delicious only different places,the keypoint is you went there,experienced so know,so can think of or compare with.Learn more is always right, without any doubt,just like you are so wishful that you can know more about some fields situations when meeting this kind interviews,you know some accidentally or for purpose,later you will aware of you need learn more since you realized you know so limited during this exploring period,you are so eager to know all though you know this is impossbile since you cannot know everything.Life is so amazing but also not so entirely satisfactory,and even always trick you as a fully opposite result,uh.what should we do at this time? Maybe,listen to the fate,

- my friend, seeking a ideal job on current society surely not so easy thing. now the hr status is, employee and employer both need fact their choices. the two sides have full choice rights. so many students, so many company vcacancy in fact. job chanced is more instead of less. but as a new student to find job chance, i think m the expectation should not so high, and you should clear the main interesting about your enmerging, such as your major, your love, the company's development or field, the potential developing,ect. btw,the loyalty is need too. no any company's boss like to hand a important job position to a disloyal clerk. right? wish you have a smooth career start soon.

- Yes,exectly right,now as a person worked two years,finding a new job is much like a two-way choice,neither interviewers choose you only nor you just opt them,but attach a win-win aspect so can move on,so this is just the knot of problem---you know,not so easy,as they say,finding a good boss like searching a good lover,haha,believe it or not,meanful at some aspects.
