During my spare time recently, I like dancing.
You may have heared about the river dance before, that is the kind of dance I want to learn. It is not easy to have a flexible ankle without a lot of practise and that is the most important factor for being a good Irish Hard shoes dancer(踢踏舞).
Why is it good for us to dance? For me, dance can raise my spirits and induce the production of happy chemical in my body. It is important to have a good mood because we already have so much pressure. Also ,dance can make us healthy. When we are dancing , the blood circulates much quicker in our vessel and we breath much deeper. This will reduce the risk of having cardiovascular problem and strength oue muscle. Of course, for girls , it is a good way to keep fit.
So try to dance!
