i make a big mistake

yesterday i received an emaill from our uk agent, the content as follows:
" gave you straight instructions to not hand over document with supplier name and now I get the attached documents from agent of the Cyprus company.
Could you explain why you ignore my instructions.
We will loose that client due to your not carefull handling and I am very upset about this."
Then our mangager Pier asked me to explain what happened? i admited it is my fault ,and then admin may tell me they will detained RMB300 from my salary. just write this at here to warning myself.never make the same mistake
when i went home at night ,i talk this with my brother(both of us are work at shanghai）,he just tell me that why are you always complain ?what i can do is keep silent and cooking the dinner.

- Those instructions were clear and you still made that mistake. You have to accept punishment. We take salary to service others so we have the resposbility of doing things right. Be careful in future and assure your company that you will be careful in future.

- En,making mistakes should be punished,or you will forget.However you should be happy ,it is a chance because you learn more from the mistakes.
...It's okay to speak out if you are upset...at least it takes your stress out...Just don't keep repeating...
